IN PERSON Art Parties

TIMING

• Our art/craft projects usually lasts for 1 60 minutes.

• Even so if y'all have older children and would like to accept more time for an advanced project, we tin can come for 1.five hours (see prices beneath)

• We will but stay for the art function of your party (1h or ane.5hrs) -  no other entertainment volition be provided by us and we volition exit the venue after nosotros have cleared & cleaned the art tables.

IN PERSON Fine art Parties

VENUE

• Nosotros ever come up to a venue of your option or your domicile. We do not take a studio. We have celebrated many parties in the Fulham, Chelsea, Kensington areas so we are always happy to ship you some suggestions. We e'er bring tablecloth and aprons and leave the place admittedly make clean.

• Y'all would need to provide tables and chairs and so every child has plenty infinite to make and create.

• (Venues ordinarily have everything ready)

PROJECTS

• All our parties are bespoke. We will talk to you before we start planning about your political party theme, your childs wishes, a projection you have seen on our Instagram or something you would similar the kids to larn or effort out.

• Later nosotros received the deposit, we will send over a pdf with lots of ideas to look at and choose from.

• We are happy to match your themes like pirates, fairies, dinosaurs, unicorns, mermaids etc  but also your childs favorite book, a season inspired fine art or a special technique such equally watercolour, impress, mixed media collage or acrylics.

FEES

• 1 hour party for ages 5 and over: £xviii / kid -  (1.5h parties: £26 / child - for children 8+ only)

• Eolith to secure the date: £50 (non refundable ten days before the political party)

• If political party venue is outside SW6 (Fulham): £twenty travel costs
  (We currently only take bookings within the SW postcode.)

• Included in the fees: All fine art materials, tablecloth & aprons, fix time, training, pdf with projects to choose from, cleaning the tables/fine art space

• Minimum charge: 8 children

• Final number of children (which will be charged): i week earlier the political party

Of import NOTES

We inquire for a eolith of £50 to secure date and fourth dimension for the party. This will not exist refunded in example of a cancellation 10 days earlier the political party takes place.
We only offer parties for children age 5 and over (birthday child turning 5). If guests are under 5, an adult has to stay with the child and supervise.
Nosotros inquire everyone to not eat or drinkable on the art tables and to not offer food during the time of the art function.
Tables and chairs for all participating children must exist provided past the host (usually the venues have it covered)
No other entertainment will be provided by our teachers. We will leave the venue subsequently nosotros take finished and tidied upward the art project.

Paperbirds organised a Pirate Art Political party for my son'southward sixth birthday recently. All the children had a fantastic time making their treasure maps and treasure chests which they got to have home with them as keepsakes.
